NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT West End Jazz Limited has applied to WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL on 14 March 2025 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Blue Note Jazz, 42-49 St Martin’s Lane, London, WC2N 4EJ for the provision of regulated entertainment (Films, Live & Recorded Music and Anything similar) Monday to Saturday 09:00-01:00 and Sunday 09:00-00:00, the provision of late night refreshment, Monday to Saturday 23:00-00:45 and Sunday 23:00-23:45, and the sale by retail of alcohol, Monday to Saturday 09:00-00:45 and Sunday 09:00-23:45, as more particularly set out in the application.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 11 April 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation.

The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
