Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Eatbrit Enterprises Limited has applied to Westminster City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as The Mayfair Chippy, 14 North Audley Street, London, W1K 6WE. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are : 1. Sale/supply of alcohol (on and off the premises) and opening hours 10:00 – 23:30 Monday to Thursday, 10:00 – midnight Friday and Saturday and 12:00 – 22:30 Sunday. 2.Late night refreshment 23:00 – 23:30 Monday to Thursday and 23:00 – midnight Friday and Saturday. Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP or by e-mail licensing@westminster.gov.uk no later than 10th April 2025 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Westminster City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.westminster.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
