What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003 SECTION 34 - VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Application has been made by Nando's Chickenland Ltd to the Licensing Authority of Wandsworth Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Nando's, 1-1A Northcote Road, London SW11 1NG.
The application includes the following terms:- 1. To add off-sales of alcohol from 10:00 to 23:00 hours Monday to Saturday and from 11:30 to 23:00 hours on Sundays, Good Friday and Christmas Day; 2.To amend the hours for the licensable activities of sale of alcohol and recorded music to start at 11.30 am on Sundays, Good Friday and Christmas Day (from the current start time of 12 midday).
There is no change to finish times. All other aspects of the premises licence remain the same. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website www.wandsworth.gov.uk. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by end of consultation date up to and including 7th April 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email: licensing@merton.gov.uk
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
