Notice of application for a Sex Establishment Licence

Notice is given that Billie Chandler and Denise Chandler have applied to the council of The London Borough of Hackney for a renewal of the Sexual Entertainment Venue Licence at; Browns, 1 Hackney Road, London, E2 7NX.

On the following date: 13th March 2025. Anyone wishing to oppose the renewal application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Service, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY within TWENTY-EIGHT DAYS from the date the application was made, the last date being: 10th of April 2025, specifying the grounds or reasons of any objection.

Persons objecting to the grant of a licence will be invited to attend a hearing before the Council’s Licensing Sub-committee to support their case. Where objections are received, applicants will be advised of the general terms of the objection, in order that they have the opportunity to address the issues raised. The Council will not disclose an objector’s details, without the consent of that person.
