NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE GAMBLING ACT 2005

Notice is hereby given that Epsom Down Racecourse Ltd (Jockey Club Racecourses Ltd.) of the following address: Epsom Downs Racecourse, Epsom Downs, Surrey KT18 5LQ is/are applying under section 187 of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary a premises licence issued under that Act.

The application relates to the following premises: Epsom Downs Racecourse, Epsom Downs, Epsom, Surrey KT18 5LQ.

The application is to vary the licence as follows: Update to plans.

The application has been made to: Epsom and Ewell Borough Council.
