PURSUANCE OF SECTION 26(1)(bb) OF THE
MARRIAGE ACT 1949 AND AS A VENUE FOR
CIVIL PARTNERSHIPS IN PURSUANCE OF
SECTION 6(3A)(a) OF THE CIVIL
PARTNERSHIP ACT 2004
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that application has
been made to Portsmouth City Council for
licences in respect of premises to be used for
notification of approval as shown in the schedule
below:

be made, in writing, to the Licensing Manager,

Licensing@portsmouthcc.gov.uk.
Any representations shall be made within 21 days
of the publication date of this notice.
Copies of these applications may be inspected,
free of charge, during normal office opening hours
at the Licensing Service of the Council.
Please note that any representations received are
liable to be made available for public inspection in
accordance with the Local Government (Access to
Information) Act 1985.
