What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003

Notice is given that Kuljit Kaur applied to Hackney Council for a premises licence at 175 Morning Lane, London E9 6LH in order that the following licensable activities can take place: Sale of Alcohol (off the Premises) 8am – 11pm Monday – Sunday.

The licence register listing details of the application is held at the Licensing Service, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London E8 1DY (Tel No. 020 8356 4970). Details are also available online at www.hackney.gov.uk/licensing.

Any representations against this application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Service at the above address, by no later than 09/04/2025. Residents and businesses in the vicinity of the premises, or their representatives, may make representations on licensing objectives grounds only, i.e. the prevention of crime and disorder, the prevention of public nuisance, public safety, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant.

It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5000, for an applicant to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
