NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Kricket Shoreditch Ltd has applied to HACKNEY COUNCIL on 11th March 2025 to vary the premises licence at 35-42 Charlotte Road, Hackney, London, EC2A 3PG.
The application proposes to vary the start time for the sale of alcohol and the opening time of the premises to 8am Monday – Sunday to allow for breakfast service. There are no proposed changes to the terminal hours, closing time, other licensable activities, or existing conditions, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to:
Licensing Service, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London E8 1DY
To be received by no later than 8th April 2025, stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.hackney.gov.uk/licensing or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence, and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
