The Riverwalk, Durham - Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Newgate Pubs & Bars Company Limited has applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as Mayfair Pub and Kitchen, (Former TGI Fridays), Unit 22-24 The Riverwalk, Durham, DH1 4SL for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:-

Regulated Entertainment and Late Night Refreshment (Indoors) Monday to Sunday 23:00 – 02:30

Sale by retail of alcohol (on and off sales) Monday to Sunday 10:00 – 02:00.

Good Friday plus 1 hour. For all other bank holidays an additional hour to be added to the terminal hour of the day preceding the bank holiday (i.e. if the Monday is Bank Holiday, the Sunday is normal trading plus 1 hour).

A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm.
