NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

PLK CHICKEN U K LIMITED has applied to Richmond Council for a premises licence at: POPEYES, 27F THE QUADRANT, RICHMOND TW9 1DN to provide the following licensable activities:

LATE NIGHT REFRESHMENT ON & OFF Sunday to Wednesday 23:00 to 00:00, Thursday 23:00 to 01:00, and Friday & Saturday 23:00 to 02:00 (Closing to the public on Friday & Saturday at 01:00).

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Richmond Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils), Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email to: licensing@merton.gov.uk by 10 APRIL 2025.

The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of The Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils), Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm.

Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council’s website www.richmond.gov.uk.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application, punishable upon conviction by an unlimited fine.
