What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Toast Winchester Limited has applied to Winchester City Council for the grant of a Premises licence in respect of Premises to be known as Toast, 6 Jewry Street, Winchester, S023 8RZ.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:-
Late night refreshment indoors and outdoors: 23:00 - midnight Monday to Sunday
Sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises: 11:00 - midnight Monday to Sunday; and
Opening hours: 09:00 - 00:30 Monday to Sunday.
Please see application for further information, Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Manager,Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester S023 9LJ, or via email to licensing@winchester.gov.uk, no later than 9 April 2025 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Winchester City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.winchestergov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
