What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Waitrose Limited to the
Licensing Authority of Adur District Council for a Premises
Licence for Waitrose, 18 Southwick Square, Southwick,
BN42 4FJ. The application is to permit the sale of alcohol
for consumption off the premises between 0700 and 2300
each day. Full details of the Application can be viewed at
the offices of the Licensing Authority at Adur District
Council, Portland House, Richmond Road, Worthing, BN11
1HS. A responsible authority or any other person can make
written representations to the Licensing Authority at
any time up to and including 14th April 2025

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
