NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT
OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION
17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was
made to West Northamptonshire Council for a
Premises Licence under the above Act on 7th
March 2025 by Soccer Shack Ltd: Unit 2,
Kingsfield Business Park, Gladstone Road,
Northampton, NN5 7PP.
It is proposed that the following licensable activities
will take place from the premises: sale of alcohol
by retail: 09:00 to 00:00, Monday to Sunday and
Late Night Refreshments: 23:00 to 00:00 Monday
to Sunday.

Representations to this application must be made
in writing by 4th April 2025.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in
connection with this application. Those who make
such a false statement may be liable on summary
conviction to a fine of any amount.
