Notice of application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that DALJIT JOHAL has applied for the variation of a Premises Licence at MAJESTIC STORES 26 MAJESTIC WAY, AQUEDUCT TELFORD TF43RA to permit SALE OF ALCOHOL MON TO SAT 6.30- 8.00PM SUN 7.00-7.30PM as stated in the application.

The application may be inspected by prior appointment at the Licensing
Service, Telford & Wrekin Council, Darby House, Lawn Central, Telford, TF3
4JA. Please contact Licensing to make an appointment on

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may
do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, clearly stating the grounds for the
representation no later than 25 March 2025
The licensing authority is required under the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings)
Regulations 2005 to provide the applicant with full copies of any relevant
representations that have been made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
connection with an application, punishable on summary conviction by a
maximum fine of £5,000.
