What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that we, Intracave Limited, have made an application under Section 17 Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a Premises Licence for the Premises known as KFC Unit 3, Sprotbrough Road Retail Park, Doncaster, DN5 8BN.
We intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities:
The provision of late-night refreshment, Monday to Sunday 11pm – 2am

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to The Licensing Department, Doncaster Council, The Civic Offices, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3BU.
Written representations must be received no later than 9th April 2025.

It is an offence for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
