NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF
A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Punch Partnerships (PTL)
Limited has applied for a variation of a Premises Licence
in respect of premises known as the White Horse, 49 West
Lane, Sharlston, Wakefield, WF4 1EP.
The variation proposed is as follows:- 1. Amend the
licensing plan in accordance with the drawing which
accompanies the variation; 2. Remove certain existing
Annex 2 conditions, and add new condition as detailed
within the variation. A copy of the application can be
inspected at Licensing Office, Wakefield Council,
Wakefield One, PO Box 700, Burton Street, Wakefield,
WF1 2EB during normal office hours. Email:

This application was lodged with Wakefield Council on
10th March 2025 and any representations must be made in
writing to Wakefield Council at the above address no later
than 7th April 2025.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003
to make a false statement in or in connection with this
application. Those who make a false statement may be
liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
