What is proposed?
APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
The FILIPINO ASSOCIATION OF BIRMINGHAM (FAB) is applying for the GRANT of a Premises Licence for Birmingham Barrio Fiesta to take place within the Woodgate Valley Country Park at Clapgate Lane, Bartley Green, Birmingham B32 3DS.
If GRANTED the application will allow, Live Music, Recorded Music, Performance of Dance & Anything Similar to Live Music, Recorded Music or Performance of Dance to take place on the 12th and 13th of July 2025 from 09:00 to 19:00.
This application does not seek to permit the sale of alcohol.

Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so in writing, preferably by email to: licensing@birmingham.gov.uk or alternatively by post to General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham B2 2HJ.
Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice by midnight on 8th of April 2025.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
