Notice of Application for Grant of a Premises Licence

We Stockingford Allotment Association Limited hereby give notice that an application was made to Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council on the 10/03/2025 for the Grant of a new Premises Licence to operate a premises at: The Pavilion, Ansley Road, Stockingford, Nuneaton, CV10 8LT from which the following licensable activities are proposed. Sale of Alcohol by Retail for consumption on and off the premises from 10:00 to 00:00 Monday to Sunday, Regulated Entertainment by way of Live and Recorded Music from 23:00 to 00:00 Monday to Sunday, and Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 to 00:00 Monday to Sunday. 
The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at Licensing Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council Town Hall Coton Road Nuneaton CV11 5AA or online at www.nuneatonandbedworth.gov.uk. Any person wishing to submit representations to my/our application must give notice in writing to Licensing Authority address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 07/04/2025.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine 10/03/2025.
