What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 –
APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a New Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by PLAZA LEISURE DANCE LIMITED to East Lindsey District Council in respect of the FIRST FLOOR of THE PLAZA which is situated on Grand Parade, Skegness, PE25 2UG.
The Licensable activities, which are proposed to carry on at the premises, is as follows:-
Supply of Alcohol between the times of 11.00am and 01.00am.
Live Music between the times of 23.00 and Midnight and Recorded Music between the times of 23.00 and 01.00 am.
The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council, The Hub, Mareham Road, Horncastle, LN9 6PH by prior appointment during normal office hours.
Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council at the above address by 8th April 2025 It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 3 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
