Application for a Sexual Entertainment Venue Licence under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1982, Part II, Schedule 3

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT WE, PETER MICHAEL & MICHAEL MICHAEL OF MIRAGE (AYLESBURY) LIMITED. APPLIED ON THURSDAY 13th MARCH 2025 TO Buckinghamshire Council in respect of the premises known as MIRAGE for a licence renewal to use the premises as a 'Sexual Entertainment Venue' FOR THE INTENDED DAYS AND OPENING HOURS OF Sunday 21:00 – 23:30, Monday – Wednesday 21:00 – 02:30 & Thursday – Saturday 21:00 – 03:00.
ANY PERSON wishing to oppose the application should write to the Licensing Manager, Buckinghamshire Council, The Gateway, Gatehouse Road, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP19 8FF by no later than: 21 days after the date of application.
Letters in support should also be sent to Licensing Team Leader by that date.
Please note that any written representations received in response to this consultation are likely to be required to be made available for public inspection in accordance with the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985.
