Notice is hereby given that B & M Retail Limited has applied to Bridgend County Borough Council on 7 March 2025 for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of B&M Store, (Former Homebase), Unit 1 Picton Court Retail Park, Waterton, Bridgend CF31 3XX to allow off sales of alcohol and opening hours from 07:00 to 23:00 7 days a week.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Bridgend County Borough Council, Licensing Section, Civic Offices, Angel Street, Bridgend CF31 4WB between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

Any representations must be made in writing to the above address or via e-mail at licensing@bridgend.gov.uk by: 4 April 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
