What is proposed?
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Parkdean Caravan Parks Limited in respect of premises known as Cherry Tree Holiday Park, Mill Road, Burgh Castle, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, NR31 9QR, applied to Great Yarmouth Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is to approve internal alterations to the existing Showdome, add new outdoor areas including the car park to the licensed areas as shown on the layout plans provided with this application. There are no changes to the existing licensable activities, hours, and conditions. This application is to take effect upon the completion of works as notified to the Licensing Authority in writing.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by email to licensing@great-yarmouth.gov.uk or by post to Licensing Department, Town Hall, Hall Plain, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, NR30 2QF no later than 3rd April 2025, stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Great Yarmouth Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website – www.great-yarmouth.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
