NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Licensed Solutions (Cotswolds) Limited has applied in respect of the Lythe Hill Hotel & Spa, Petworth Road, Chiddingfold, Haslemere, GU27 3BQ for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:

  • Plays (indoor & outdoor) Sunday - Saturday 18:00- 22:00.
  • Live Music (indoors), Recorded Music (indoors) Monday - Saturday 11:00 -00:30 Monday - Saturday 18:00 - 00:30, Sunday 11:00 - 00:00 Sunday 18:00 - 00:00. Supply of Alcohol (on & off) Monday & Tuesday 10:00-23:00, Wednesday - Saturday 10:00-01:00, Sunday 10:00 - 00:00.
  • Anything of a similar description to that falling within (indoors) Monday - Saturday 11:00 - 00:30, Sunday 11:00 - 00:00.
  • Late night refreshment (on & off) Sunday - Tuesday 23:00 - 00:00, Wednesday - Saturday 23:00 - 01:00. Opening Hours Monday & Tuesday 10:00 - 23:30, Wednesday - Saturday 10:00 - 01:30, Sunday 10:00 - 00:30.
  • Premises open 24hours for residents as set out in full in the application.

A Responsible Authority or any other person wishing to make representations on this matter must submit those representations in writing to Licensing Section,Waverley Borough Council, Council Offices,The Burys, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 1HR by not later than 11 April 2025 stating the grounds on which the representation is made. Written representations may also be made by e-mail to: licensing@waverley.gov.uk

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
