What is proposed?

TEST VALLEY BOROUGH COUNCIL LICENSING ACT 2003 - Public Notice

Picket Twenty Community Association is applying for the variation of a Premises Licence for Picket Twenty Community Centre, Picket Twenty SP11 6TY.

The intention to make any variation to the premises licence is to: extend the timings of the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises from 10.00 to 22.00 hours on Sundays. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: Licensing Manager, Legal & Democratic Service, Test Valley Borough Council, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, ANDOVER, Hampshire SP10 3AJ Tel: 01264 368013 Email: licensing@testvalley.gov.uk. Representations may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by the Licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
