LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that V&B PRIVATE LIMITED has applied to Birmingham City Council for the grant of a premises licence at: V&B PRIVATE LIMITED 185 Broad Street, Birmingham, B15 1DA

The proposed licensable activities and timings are as follows:

• Sale of Alcohol (on the premises only):
• Monday - Thursday: 11:00 - 23:00
• Friday - Saturday: 11:00 - 05:00
• Sunday: 11:00 - 23:00

• Provision of Late-Night Refreshment (hot drinks & alcohol):
• Friday - Saturday: 23:00 - 05:00

• Live and Recorded Music (indoors, amplified):
• Monday - Thursday: 11:00 - 23:00
• Friday - Saturday: 11:00 - 05:00
• Sunday: 11:00 - 23:00

A record of the application can be inspected at the Licensing Section, General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ, during normal office hours or online at www.birmingham.gov.uk/licensing.

Any person wishing to make representations must do so in writing to the Licensing Section at the above address by no later than 01/04/2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
