Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for a Premises Licence
Premises: Iceland, 62-66 Victoria Chambers, London Road, Derby, DE1 2PA. Notice is given that Iceland Foods Limited have applied to the Derby City Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The proposed application relates to: The retail sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday: 08:00 to 23:00.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing by Monday 7th April 2025 to Licensing Team, Derby City Council, Council House, Corporation Street, Derby, DE1 2PA.
Alternatively, representations may be made by email to: licensing@derby.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly, or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine.
