Notice of Application for New Grant of Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Chez Lui Limited applied to the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea on 12 March 2025 for the new grant of a premises licence to use the premises known as Chez Lui, 184A Kensington Park Road, London, W11 2ES for
a) the retail sale of alcohol (on and off) and recorded music Mon-Sun 11am-11.30pm
b) late night refreshment Sun-Thurs 11pm-11.30pm, Fri-Sat 11pm-midnight
c) opening hours Mon-Sat 10am-midnight, Sun 10am-11.30pm,
d) on such terms and conditions set out in the application papers.
A register of licensing applications is held by the Licensing Authority and can be inspected at http://www.rbkc.gov.uk/environmentandtransport/licensing/licensingregisters.aspx or at Council Offices, 37 Pembroke Road, W8 6PW, by appointment with the Licensing Team between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
Any person wishing to submit representations to the application must give notice in writing to Licensing Authority address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 9 April 2025.
The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his/her identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Sub-Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain.
Representations must relate to one of the 4 licensing objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
