The applicant has applied to the Licensing Authority to vary the premises licence for the above premises as follows: 1. To extend the licensable area to include the external trading area. 2. To vary the licence conditions. 3. To allow for the provision of music between the hours of 2300 and 0100 on New Year's Eve.

Any person or responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make representations to the Licensing Authority no later than 3 April 2025. Any representations made to the Licensing Authority must be in writing to the address above or by email to licensing@epsom-ewell.gov.uk.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
