NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Sud Italia, 72 Aubert Park, London, N5 1TS.

Notice is hereby given that Sud Italia 10 has applied to the London Borough of Islington for the grant of a premises licence to allow the use the premises as Take Away Pizza Shop. The proposed licensable activities and times are: Alcohol licence, from 11am to 10pmAnyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must write to the: Licensing Support Team, Regulatory Services, 222 Upper Street, London N1 1XR or  licensing@islington.gov.uk  Or online at www.islington.gov.uk no later than 7th April 2025 The register of applications can be viewed online by visiting www.islington.gov.uk Members of the public who do not have access to the Internet can view the applications at the above address. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
