NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Romeo-San George Street Ltd has applied to the City of Westminster Council on 5 March 2025 for a new premises licence for a Japanese restaurant, Romeo-San, Ground Floor and Basement, 38 George Street, London W1U 7DS. The proposed application is to permit the following licensable activities: • Late night refreshment:- Monday to Thursday: 23:00 to 23:30; Friday/Saturday: 23:00 to 00:00; on Sundays immediately prior to a bank holiday only: 23:00 to 00:00. • The sale of alcohol:- Monday to Thursday: 09:00 to 23:30; Friday/Saturday: 09:00 to 00:00; Sunday: 09:00 to 22:30 (09:00 to 00:00 on Sundays immediately prior to a bank holiday). Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 2 April 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP

The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
