What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marks & Spencer Simply Foods Ltd to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Waltham Forest for a Premises Licence for Marks & Spencer, Unit B 829-837 High Road, Leytonstone, E11 1HH.

The application includes the following terms:- To permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises 0600 to 0000 each day.

The Licensing register listing full details of the application is kept by the Licensing Service, Waltham Forest Town Hall, Fellowship Square, Forest Road, London E17 4JF. The application may be viewed Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am -5pm (except Bank Holidays). Any person wishing to make a representation in respect of the above activities may do so in writing to the Licensing Service, Waltham Forest Town Hall, Fellowship Square, Forest Road, London EI7 4JF. or via email: Licensing@walthamforest.gov.uk by 1 April 2025.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
