What is proposed?

Mr V Davidprapakaran has applied for a new premises licence at Tumeric Twist Restaurant, 5 Cedar Parade, Repton Ave, Ashford TN23 3TE for alcohol sales (consumption on/off the premises) 1100 to 0000 hrs daily, late night
refreshment to 0000 hrs and recorded music 1100 to 0000 hrs (an extra hour on named special days).

The application can be inspected at Ashford BC Licensing, Civic Centre, Tannery Lane, Ashford TN23 1PL during office hours and at www.ashford.gov.uk

Any representations must be in writing to the above address by 11/4/25. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5000.
