NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

The Shack Revolution (Hereford) Limited gives notice that an application was made to Herefordshire Council on 06/03/2025 for the variation of a Premises Licence relating to: The Shack Revolution, Units 16-17 Bastion Mews, Union Street, Hereford, HR1 2BT in which the following changes to the premises licence are proposed: Permit the Exhibition of Films outdoors. Extend the licensed hours as follows:

• Live & Recorded Music, Playing of Films: 10:00–01:00hrs Daily

• Late-Night Refreshment: 23:00–01:30hrs Daily

• Opening Hours: 10:00–01:30hrs Daily

The full application, giving details about the proposed licensable activities, has been sent to the Licensing Section, Herefordshire Council and may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at: Plough Lane, Hereford, HR4 0LE Monday to Friday by prior appointment ONLY by emailing licensing@herefordshire.gov.uk to request a copy or by calling 01432 261761 to request a copy.

An interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section within 28 Consecutive Days of the day the application was made as detailed above (03/04/2025).

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
