What is proposed?

I, Nelum Wickramanaka, have applied to the Licensing Authority for Stoke on Trent City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence for Lotus Kitchen, 251, London Road, Stoke on Trent ST4 5AA.

The proposed licensable activities include:
To permit the sale of alcohol by Monday to Sunday inclusive between 08:00 and 23:00 hours.

To permit regulated entertainment Monday to Sunday inclusive between 08:00 and 23:00 hours.
