What is proposed?
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under
Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Park Resorts Limited in respect
of Premises known as Sandy Bay Holiday Park, North
Seaton, Ashington, Northumberland, NE63 9YD applied to
Northumberland County Council for a Variation of a
Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is to approve alterations to the
layout plans to include new outdoor areas and the current
Fish & Chip Shop for licensable activities as shown on the
plans deposited with this application, such alterations to
take effect upon the completion of works as notified to the
Licensing Authority in writing; to add Plays indoors and
vary existing regulated entertainment activities indoors and
Sale of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 0900 to 0100 the
following morning and to include non-standard timings as
listed in the application for these activities and late night
refreshment; to add Boxing & Wrestling, Plays and
Recorded Music outdoors Monday to Sunday 1130 to 1900;
to vary Films outdoors Monday to Sunday to 1130 until
2330; to remove the restriction of Off Sales so they are in
line with On Sales and to remove obsolete activities no
longer required; also to remove or amend outdated or
obsolete conditions as listed in this application. There are
no changes to the other conditions.
