Regulation 25 Notice
TO: WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I, Faisal’s Restaurant do hereby give notice that it is my intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council for the grant of a premises licence for the use of premises known as Nawab, 5 - 6 Western Road, Hove, BN3 1AE for the following licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises of serving late night refreshments. In the case of an application for a provisional statement, representations are restricted after the issue of a provisional statement.
Any person who desires to make a representation to the (delete as appropriate) grant, provisional statement, variation, should send to EHL.licensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 1JP no later than a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
