Gallery Walk - Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Pizza Express Limited has applied to Reigate and Banstead Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Pizza Express, 6 Gallery Walk, Redhill, RH1 1RU.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:

1. The Supply of Alcohol (both on and off) from 10:00 until 00:00 Mondays to Saturdays & from 11:00 until 23:30 Sundays.

2. The provision of Late-Night Refreshment (indoors and outdoors) from 23:00 until 00:30 Mondays to Saturdays & from 23:00 until 00:00 Sundays.

3. The opening hours of the premises will be 10:00 until 00:30 Mondays to Saturdays & from 11:00 until 00:00 Sundays.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Department, Reigate & Banstead BC, Town Hall, Castlefield Road, Reigate, RH2 0SH or via email licensing@reigate-banstead.gov.uk no later than 02/04/2025 stating the grounds for representation.

The register of Reigate and Banstead Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, Monday to Friday (except on public holidays) between the hours of 10.00 am to 4.00 pm or on the council’s website - www.reigate-banstead.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
