Notice of application for a new premises licence
Nava Supermarket Ltd of 51 Bradford Drive, Colchester, England, CO4 5ZB has applied for a new Premises Licence to Tendring District Council, Clacton on Sea, CO15 1SE as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Nava Supermarket, Unit C1 & C2, 30 North Road, Clacton on Sea CO15 4DD for the proposed activities: The sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 07:00 and 23:00. An unamplified indoor & outdoor recorded music may be played each day of the week between 08:00 and 19:30.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to The Licensing Section, Tendring District Council, Town Hall, Station Road, Clacton on Sea, CO15 1SE or by emailing licensingsection@tendringdc.gov.uk by not later than 31-Mar-2025.
The full application can be viewed at the above licensing offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and there is a maximum fine of £5,000 for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence.
