Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 Licensing Act 2003

Ampthill Cultural Events of 9 Folders Gate, Ampthill Bedfordshire MK25 2UN, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application has been made to Central Bedfordshire Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence for Premises known as Alameda School Playing Field, Station Road, Ampthill, Beds MK45 2QR
The application for the Grant of a new premises licence to include the provision of sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment.
The full application may be inspected on request at Central Bedfordshire Council, Licensing Team.
Any representation by a Responsible Authority or interested party must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice by email to

licensing@centralbedfordshire.gov.uk


It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is a level 5 on the standard scale
