NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE


TAKE NOTCE that we Tribal Sounds Ltd have applied to Calderdale Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of The Bluenote Todmorden for the sale of alcohol, DJs and Live Music and provision of late night refreshments.  8am to 12pm Mon to Weds 8am to 2am Thursdays and 8am to 4.30am Friday and Saturday. 12pm to 2am Sundays
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives.
Applications may be viewed on our Public Register, at

www.calderdale.gov.uk


Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Registration and Licensing Manager, Calderdale Borough Council, Town Hall, Halifax, HX1 1UJ by 31-03-25.
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
