What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003

Notice is given that Mr Ulker Erdogan has on the 27th of
February 2025 applied to Peterborough City Council as the
Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence for: - Ay Food
Centre, 11 – 13 Broadway, Peterborough, PE1 1SQ. Off
Sales of Alcohol: Monday – Sunday between the hours of
07:00hrs – 23:00hrs. Anyone wishing to make
representations concerning this application should do so in
writing to: Peterborough City Council, Sand Martin House,
Bittern Way, Fletton Quays, Peterborough, PE2 8TY

Representations in respect of this application must reach
the Licensing Authority 27th March 2025. Persons wishing
to inspect the register or the record of this application may
do so by attending the office of the Licensing Section,
during office hours, Monday to Friday inclusive.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application, the maximum
fine for which on summary conviction is £5000.
