APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
(Section 17)
Notice is hereby given that B & M Retail Limited has
applied to Northumberland County Council for the grant of
a Premises Licence in respect of B&M Store, (Former
Homebase), Unit A, Tweedbank Retail Park,
Northumberland Road, Tweedmouth, Berwick-Upon-
Tweed TD15 2AS to allow off sales of alcohol and opening
hours from 07:00 to 23:00 7 days a week. A record of the
application may be inspected at the offices of
Northumberland County Council, Licensing Department,
Business Compliance & Public Safety Unit, Public
Protection Service West Hartford Business Park,
Cramlington, Northumberland, NE23 3JP or online at:

Any objections to this application must be sent in writing
stating grounds of objection to The Chief Executive:-
Licensing Department, Business Compliance & Public
Safety Unit, Public Protection Service, West Hartford
Business Park, Cramlington, Northumberland, NE23 3JP.
Not later than 2 April 2025
NOTE: It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with an application and the
maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary
conviction for the offence, will apply, which is unlimited.
