Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that White Horse Caravan Company
Limited has applied to Chichester District Council for the
grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises known
as Warner Farm Touring Park, Douglas Bunn House,
Warner Lane, Selsey, PO20 9EL. The proposed licensable
activities and their hours are to permit the sale of alcohol
for consumption on and off the premises from noon to 2200
Monday to Sunday. The premises will be open to the public
24 hours per day. Any representations regarding the above-
mentioned application must be received in writing by
Licensing Manager, Licensing Team, Housing &
Environment Services, Chichester District Council, East
Pallant House, 1 East Pallant, Chichester, West Sussex,
PO19 1TY or by e-mail to

later than 3rd April 2025 stating the grounds for
representation. The register of Chichester District Council
and the record of the application may be inspected at the
address of the council, given above, during normal business
hours or on the council’s website -
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
