NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by DP Shayban Limited to Wirral Council in respect of Domino's, Unit 3, Wirral Point, 132 Claughton Road, Birkenhead, Merseyside, CH41 6EY for a new premises licence. The proposed application is to provide late night refreshment as follows: 23:00 to 05:00; the premises to close to the public at 02:00 and will then continue to operate solely as a delivery service until 05:00, 7 days a week. A full copy of the above application is kept on the Council website at https://www.wirral.gov.uk/business/licences-and-permits/entertainment-and-alcohol/current-applications-and-representations.
Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey by email to licensing@wirral.gov.uk no later than 28 March 2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
