to Grant the Premises/Club Licence for: Boot And
Shoe, Main Street, Barkston Ash, LS24 9PR.
The proposed days and hours of opening is as
follows: Sunday to Thursday 11:00 to 00:00
Friday and Saturday 11:00 to 01:30.
Activities to include: Sale of alcohol and playing
of recorded music 11:00 to 01:00 hours, Friday
Saturday. Sale of alcohol playing of recorded
music 11:00 to 24:00 hours, Sunday-Thursday.
Christmas eve and New Years eve 1 additional
hours opening. Playing live music 12:00 to 24:00
hours, Thursday-Sunday. Dancing between
12:00 to 24:00 hours, Thursday-Sunday.

Council, Licensing, Civic Centre, Doncaster
Road, Selby between 10am and 4pm. All
representations to this application must be made
in writing to North Yorkshire Council
(licensing.sel@northyorks.gov.uk) within 28 days
from the date of this notice. It is an offence for
anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application. A
person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction
should such a false statement be made.
