Licensing Authority: Monmouthshire County Council. Licensing Authority

Address: Licensing Section, Monmouthshire County Council, County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA (where a record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours).

The applicant has applied to the Licensing Authority to vary the premises licence for the above premises as follows:

  1. To extend the licensable area to include the external trading area.
  2. To allow for the provision of music between the hours of 2300 and 0130 on New Year’s Eve.
  3. To vary the licence conditions.

Any person or responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make representations to the Licensing Authority no later than 4 April 2025.Any representations made to the Licensing Authority must be in writaing to the above address or by email to licensing@monmouthshire.gov.uk

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
