Park Street - Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Gourmet Burger Kitchen (UK) Limited has applied to Surrey Heath Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Slim Chickens, Unit 11 The Atrium, Park Street, Camberley, GU15 3GP.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
1. Sale/Supply of alcohol 10:00 – 23:00 (on and off the premises) seven days a week.
2. Opening hours 08:00 – 23:30 seven days a week.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Officer, Surrey Heath Borough Council, Surrey Heath House, Knoll Road, Camberley, Surrey, GU15 3HD or by e-mail licensing@surreyheath.gov.uk no later than 31st March 2025 stating the grounds for representation.

The register of Surrey Heath Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours between the hours of 9am and 5pm or on the council’s website - www.surreyheath.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
