LICENSING ACT 2003:
APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Ludo (Cardiff) Limited has applied in respect of Ludo Sports Bar & Kitchen, 117 St Mary Street, Cardiff, CF10 1DY for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: To permit the sale of alcohol (on and off sales), films and recorded music as follows; Sunday to Thursday from 0900 until 0000, Friday and Saturday from 0900 until 0100 the following morning. On Christmas Eve, any bank holiday Sunday, and days classified as ‘major event days’ from 0900 until 0100 the following morning. From the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Day. For the day (night) of the US Super Bowl until 0400 the following morning. On the day of any televised rugby matches in Australia or New Zealand involving the British and Irish Lions opening from 0700 with Licensable activities permitted from 0730. For the above, to permit thirty minutes drinking up time following the last permitted sale of alcohol. On all days listed above, to permit late night refreshment from 2300 until the closing of the premises to the public. The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, Cardiff County Council, Licensing Section, County Hall, Atlantic Wharf, Cardiff CF10 4UW between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays). Any representations must be made in writing to the above address or via e-mail at licensing@cardiff.gov.uk by the end of 2nd April 2025.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
