What is proposed?

Application for a Variation to the Premises Licence
Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Lidl Great Britain
Limited has applied to Crawley Borough Council
for a Variation to the Premises Licence under
Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 for Lidl,
Hazelwick Avenue, Three Bridges, Crawley, RH10
1NP. The proposed variation is to update the
layout plan attached to the licence as the store is
being extended and refurbished. The main

changes are as follows: Extension into the next-
door unit; Shop floor extending into existing

warehouse; Warehouse now moved to the end of
the store (Part of the existing building footprint);
Relocation of entrance and exit; Internal layout
changes and External canopy extending. All other
aspects of the Premises Licence remain the same.
No changes are being sought to the current times,
conditions or activities currently permitted.
The last date for representations is 02/04/2025

prior appointment during normal office hours.

Any person or body may make representation in
writing on or before the final date for
representations, in writing to the Team Leader,
Health Safety and Licensing, Crawley Borough
Council, Town Hall, The Boulevard, Crawley, RH10
1UZ
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application,
and the maximum fine for which a person is liable
is unlimited on summary conviction for the offence.
