What is proposed?

LICENSING (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1996 Article 22 Notice of Application for the Transfer of an Intoxicating Liquor Licence IN THE PETTY SESSIONS DISTRICT OF BELFAST AND NEWTOWNABBEY

TAKE NOTICE that Elite Fit Out Limited, of Oakmont House, 2 Queens Road, Lisburn, BT27 4TZ, intends to apply to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at the Laganside Courthouse of Oxford Street, Belfast, BT1 3LL, on the 1st day of April 2025 at 10.30am for the transfer to Elite Fit Out Limited of a liquor licence at presently held by Peter Milford of 261 Orby Drive, Belfast, and Stephen Milford of Site 28 Knights Green, Belfast, BT6 9LD for premises at 150/152 Peters Hill, Belfast BT13 1EP, being premises of the kind specified in Article 5(1)(a) the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, in which the principal business is the selling of intoxicating liquor for consumption either on or off the premises.



No alteration such as is specified in Article 31 of the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 has been made to the premises since the licence was last renewed.



The licence will be deposited with the Clerk of Petty Sessions before or at the hearing of the application.



AND TAKE NOTICE that this application will be dealt with by the court on the 1st day of April 2024 commencing at 10.30 o’clock.
